Visit Our Funeral Home

You are welcome to visit us at our funeral home in Ascot. We are conveniently located on the High Street, easy to find near local landmarks. Our address is:

Lines Bannister Funeral Directors
69 High Street
Ascot, Berkshire
SL5 7HP
United Kingdom

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

During these hours, our front office is open. Feel free to drop in – whether you need to discuss arrangements, want to look at memorial samples, or just prefer to speak face-to-face. While appointments aren’t required, it can be helpful to call ahead if you wish to ensure a particular member of our team is available or if you need a dedicated length of time to talk. We can also easily arrange meetings outside of these hours (including evenings or weekends) on request.

When you arrive, you’ll find customer parking available (you can use the driveway to the side of our building for short stays, and additional parking is available in nearby public car parks if needed). Our premises are wheelchair accessible via a ramp, and our staff will gladly assist with any mobility needs.

Arrange a Home Visit

If you would be more comfortable arranging the funeral from home, we completely understand. Just let us know,  and we will schedule for one of our funeral arrangers to visit you at your home (or another convenient location) at a time that suits you. We can bring brochures, forms, and anything else we might need. Many families appreciate the privacy and ease of discussing plans in their own familiar surroundings, we are always happy to accommodate this. There is no charge for home visits within our local area.

When you reach out to Lines Bannister, you will find a friendly, understanding voice ready to help. If you’re dealing with a recent bereavement, we know you might be in shock or not sure where to start – we’ll calmly walk you through the immediate steps and can, if you wish, set up a meeting as soon as you’re ready to talk about arrangements. There’s no obligation or pressure when you call – we’re here to answer questions and support you, whatever you decide.

Serving All Faiths and Backgrounds

When contacting us, please feel free to let us know any specific considerations you have. We cater to all faiths and cultures. If you have particular religious requirements (for example, needing a swift burial within 24 hours or specific rituals), do mention this straight away so we can prioritise and plan accordingly. We have arrangers experienced in multi-faith funerals who can immediately address those needs.

Likewise, if you need help with things like repatriation (sending your loved one to or from another country), special venue arrangements, or anything unique, we have the expertise to assist. Mention it during your call or message, and we will assign the best person on our team to help manage that request.
